About Me
Who am I and why do I do what I do?
My passion for health and fitness hasn't been a lifelong thing. Up until 2017 I hadn't even set foot in a gym and really had no desire to do so. This was until one day I decided to take the jump and join my local gym. I felt how the vast majority of people feel when they start exercising I was self conscious, confused and lacking motivation.
I used this feeling and decided to further educate myself and gradually I learnt more and more. Exercising became something I looked forward to in my daily routine and I started to achieve things I never thought possible.
I understand that not everyone shares this passion or knowledge and that can make just thinking about the gym daunting. With so much information out there it can feel impossible to work out what you should or shouldn't be doing to get towards your goal. Whether you have no knowledge or experience and just need help starting out, or you have years of experience and want to maximise your results I can help you.
This is why I love training people, I can help such a wide range of people towards such a wide range of goals. Helping people get the results they have always wanted and then teaching them how to keep these results is truly an amazing feeling.

I currently hold an Ofqual Regulated Level 2 Gym Instructor certification as well as an Ofqual Regulated Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
I am always looking to further my knowledge and education so in time I will be looking to get an Ofqual Regulated Level 3 GP Referral qualification and an Ofqual Regulated Level 4 Specialist Exercise (Nutrition/Obesity) qualification.
